What I collect
Only what you type into the Sell, Buy or Retool forms: your name, phone number, email address, the town or area your store is in, and whatever you choose to share about the store itself.
I also see the page you came from, so I know which form you used.
How it's used
Your information is used only to respond to your request. That means reaching out by text, call or email — whichever you picked — and connecting you with a buyer, a store or an equipment plan that fits.
If you're selling, your store details go to a buyer only after you say OK, one buyer at a time. Your store is never posted anywhere public.
What never happens
Your information is never sold, rented or shared with marketers.
You won't be added to a newsletter or a mailing list.
Your employees and customers won't hear anything from me about your plans.
Who can see it
Submissions go to Dev and nobody else. They're stored privately and aren't visible to other visitors, buyers or sellers.
When a connection makes sense, I share only what's needed for that introduction — and for sellers, only with your OK first.
